I was overcharged for the service provided. I came in because my truck had a wiring issue, which i was told required a completely new radio. I would have done better going with my first mind and going to Best Buy. $254.53 later I have a new radio problem that I am hoping wont cost me just as much for someone else to fix.

My car is bumpin’ now thanks to these guys. All my friends are green with envy when they ride with me and I only have Audio Outlet to thank. But besides from the tunes and the bass, they worked really well with me and listened to what was most important. The installation in my car was done right the first time and now I am extremely satisfied. Thanks a lot for making me a hit among my friends.

I came in looking for two pairs of 6x8 door speakers for my 2010 Mazda 3. I think the guys name was Johnny, and he said he had a special on some Infinity speakers. I knew that was a good name, and I asked for some specifics about them, such as the RMS and Peak output. He assured me of a number that I was very happy with, so I went ahead and bought them and had them installed for $275. He quoted me about 2 hours. It took 4. Not that big of a deal. But when I received the box for the speakers that were put in the car, I noticed that the RMS and Peak output were much lower than what he said they were. Since they don't give you the model number or anything there isn't a way to confirm any of this before buying. I should be able to trust my dealer to provide me with honest information. I was also going to have a double din JVC radio put into my dash, but when I asked him about it he called somebody and told me that it was impossible to put the radio in without losing my steering wheel controls and information panel. I went to Sound Depot and they immediately told me that they could order a harness and that that wasn't the case at all. Basically, I overpaid for speakers that

I needed an upgrade on my system so I went to Audio Outlet, always go in there with my friends so I knew they were legit. They hooked it up and had me rockin out in no time. They really know how to treat their customers right, appreciate their extra tips too. Anyone should go see them if you are looking for a nice system and even better service!

The experience was simply put horrible. The guy who owns it (Johnny) is only out to make a sale. All of the products are over priced and most of the equipment is knock off. It won't be "Sony" but it'll be from the makers of "Sony". I Had my alarm and bass package installed here and the set up for the bass package he gave me was not worth it at all. As far as the alarm system I was very clear in what I wanted and he assured me that that was the exact product that he had.... It wasn't at all what I wanted. Over all I wasted $1,000+ here. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. PLEASE!
